What is Jeece?

       Jeece (www.jeece.fr) is the Junior Entreprise of the ECE. Junior Entreprises are student associations in school or universities which initiate students to entrepreneurship and manage a structure with requirements similar to those of a company. The members of Jeece gain the experience of professional teamwork and project management..

Junior Entreprises are controled by the Junior Entreprises' National Confederation (CNJE) and supported by some partners (Microsoft, Altran, KPMG, and BNP Paribas), which guaranties a serious and professional work.

What I'm doing for Jeece

       Since April 2 2009 I am part of the board of directors and in charge of the business development of Jeece in the chairmanship pole. I'm also a project manager and a sales representative since September 2007.


As Responsible for development, I have to manage major projects to develop all poles of the Junior Entreprise. I complete the President and Vice-President in their roles.
I'm in charge of finding ideas, solutions and implementing the means necessary for the progression of Jeece.
These actions are supporting the activity of all the poles:
      - Sales pole to increase the efficiency of the sales representatives and the tools available to project managers
      - Communication pole to improve the image of the Junior Entreprise at the school and businesses
      - Quality pole to maintain a healthy system and to obtain quality labels such as AFAQ standard. For this one, we have established the rules for obtaining
      - Information Systèmes pole to help develop tools for internal and project management for project managers

Some of my projects:
      - management of change
      - setting up of the “AFAQ” certification
      - creation of the network of the former members of Jeece
      - improving of internal processes (CRM, intranet...)
      - creation of the new professional booklet



I also have a position in the Sales department of Jeece. These are the students responsible for project management and sales. These functions are close to what is excpected in any companie. I am therefore a project manager for some projects like lately on an evaluation system developed for the French Management Institut (Institut Français de Gestion IFG) and designed for Orange.

The project manager is the link between the client and the student creating the product. He has to deal with problems, to satisfy the clients and to make sure that the project is going well.


I am also performing missions for the Junior Entreprise (websites). This gives me the experience of specifications requierement and client relationships.
For example, I've created the website of the Association Route Nouvelle in Toulouse (www.routenouvelle.com). I directed the project from A to Z as a performer and as a project manager. I also had to go through some difficult situations with the client.


The members of Junior Entreprises already have one foot in the professional world.
